Co‐Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer: John F. La Barbera
From February 2016 to the present, Mr. La Barbera has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer and as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of CFI. From August 1983 to the present, Mr. La Barbera has served as our Chief Financial Officer and as the Chief Financial Officer of CFI. From August 1983 until February 2016, Mr. La Barbera served as our Chief Executive Officer and as the Chief Executive Officer of CFI.
Co‐Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer: Gregory K. Stein
From February 2016 to the present, Mr. Stein has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer and as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of CFI. From August 1993 to the present, Mr. Stein has served as our Chief Financial Officer and as the Chief Financial Officer of CFI. From August 1993 until February 2016, Mr. Stein served as our President and as the President of CFI.
President – Closet Factory, Inc.: Kathryn M. La Barbera
From February 2016 to the present, Ms. La Barbera has served as President of Closet Factory Inc. Ms. La Barbera served as our Executive Vice President from June 2006 to February 2016. Ms. La Barbera has served as one of our Directors since January 2000 and has served as one of the Directors of CFI since January 2000. Ms. La Barbera serves as Director of both Closet Factory, Inc. and the Closet Factory Franchise Corporation.
President: Daniel A. Grandon
Mr. Grandon has served as our President since February 2016. From June 1999 to February 2016, Mr. Grandon was the owner and operator of DLK Incl, d/b/a Closet Factory Portland Oregon, located in Portland, Oregon
Senior Vice President – Finance and Administration: Robert Love
Mr. Love has served as our Senior Vice President – Finance and Administration since July 2017. From January 2017 to July 2017, Mr. Love provided consulting services for GoGi Wine’s, located in Los Angeles, California. From November 1989 to January 2017, Mr. Love served as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Fast Frame USA, located in Newbury Park, California.
